Refund period and scope
You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of your first payment. Please provide the relevant paid order with your request. Eligibility within the refund period is verified against the first payment record and the time the ticket was submitted. You do not need to cite connection issues or service quality as a reason.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, but that does not change the refund commitment. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire; this describes the validity period of the data, not an indefinitely open refund period. Upgrading a plan does not reset the date of your first payment.
Eligibility and verification limits
Requests made within the period above may proceed through the refund process for reasons such as changing needs, device compatibility or connection experience. Connecting to a route or using some of the data does not, by itself, constitute grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund. This policy does not impose an undisclosed data-usage percentage threshold.
Orders outside the request period are not covered by the full-refund commitment described above. An order that has not been paid has no amount to refund; the same payment will not be refunded twice after a refund has been completed. If payment status is disputed, the order and payment channel records must first be checked.
For accounts involving unusual usage beyond plan limits, suspected payment misuse or a breach of the terms of service, usage and payment ownership should be verified separately. An unusual record does not automatically invalidate a refund. If a request cannot be handled under the commitment, the specific grounds and any missing information should be explained in the ticket rather than replaced with a vague unusual-activity label.
How to request a refund
Sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Include your refund request, order number, payment date, payment method and amount paid. If the account has multiple orders, specify which one needs to be checked to avoid confusion with renewal or upgrade records.
If payment succeeded but the order has not updated in the panel, you may provide proof of payment or a transaction record. Redact any details in screenshots that are unrelated to this verification. Do not submit your account password, client subscription details or other access credentials. An account can be created without an email address, and you do not need to provide one for refund correspondence.
After submitting your request, add any additional information and check for replies in the original ticket. If you cannot sign in temporarily, first review the account information in the Help Center. Submit your order documents after access is restored, rather than sending proof of payment through a channel whose ownership cannot be verified.
Refund methods and payment differences
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. For orders paid with Alipay or WeChat Pay, check the original transaction record and the payment channel's refund status. A channel showing that a refund has been accepted does not mean the funds have reached your available balance; the final result depends on the relevant payment channel's records.
USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay. Do not assume that the original payment address can receive a refund directly. For an on-chain refund, verify the receiving address, network and transaction details in the ticket before confirming how the refund can be processed. Do not request a transfer based only on an address shown in a screenshot.
If a refund cannot temporarily be returned through the original method, the reason should be explained first and an alternative arrangement confirmed with the requester. Any currency conversion or payment channel fees should be clearly checked before processing; unconfirmed deductions or amounts due should not be presented as final.
Refund status and follow-up
The time it takes to receive a refund depends on order verification, payment channel processing and settlement. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time beyond the facts stated here. Distinguish between a request being submitted, a refund being initiated and funds being received; ticket replies and payment channel records confirm their respective stages.
If the funds have not arrived after you receive a refund processing notice, ask for the refund record to be checked in the original ticket. If the payment channel shows that the refund failed, confirm the reason and the next steps. There is no need to create duplicate requests to check progress.
Once a refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order will be adjusted accordingly. If there are other orders, their individual processing results apply. For other terms concerning account use and data handling, see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
