AI tools may also involve text, images or file transfers, so they can't all be treated as low-data use. If you're unsure how much you need, track your actual usage before choosing a larger allowance. Device count or time spent with the client open won't give you an accurate estimate.
Plan pricing describes billing and data allowances, not whether a particular service will be accessible. Your connection experience also depends on your local network, chosen region, route type and the status of the service you're accessing. Existing users can sign in. New users don't need an email address—create an account with a username and password. In the plans section, first choose between a monthly plan and a data pack, then check the allowance and amount due. Monthly plan cards show a monthly price; data pack cards show a one-time price. Don't compare the two as if they covered the same period.
After creating an order, choose Alipay, WeChat or USDT as prompted at checkout. Check the order details again before paying, especially the billing type and selected tier. For USDT payments, verify each detail provided at checkout and follow the instructions for your current order. Don't infer payment details from another page or a past order.
After paying, return to the user dashboard to check your order and subscription status. If the payment hasn't been confirmed yet, keep your payment record and check the related order. Avoid creating the same order repeatedly without knowing why the first one is pending. If you need help, open a support ticket with the relevant order details. Never post your password or full subscription URL on a public page.
Get client apps and subscription details after signing in. Choosing a plan doesn't configure your device; you'll still need to import the subscription as instructed for your platform and test the connection. Payment, plan activation and client setup are separate steps. Check them in order to make it easier to identify any issues.
Review the refund policy before choosing a plan. Submit requests through the user dashboard after signing in, and follow up through the support ticket.
